2 nights of wonderful music! July 15 & 16th
A variety of age groups attended the concert - everyone from toddlers to adults - but they are all united by a love of Paul McCartney's truly timeless music. I went to see John Fogerty at Yankee Stadium both nights (July 15 and 16, 2026). Even though he is near 70, McCartney really has a spark that does not seem to diminish - a fact that you could never tell by his seemingly endless energy and musical ability!
His voice is as lovely as it was 40 years ago. His song choice is perfectly varied, consisting of around 35 Beatles, Wings and his other solo songs. I would seriously recommend going to see him in concert. Both nights were nothing short of amazing. He and his band truly sounded superb. In addition, he puts on a great show and really connects with the audience - even those of us sitting so far away that we could barely see him on stage! It is an experience that can only be matched by seeing him perform again!
